Swift Ray™ is an advanced wound imaging technology that falls within an emerging Medicare coding category for non-contact wound imaging services. These services are commonly described using CPT Category III codes 0598T (first anatomic site) and 0599T (additional sites). Depending on payer policy, medical necessity, and documentation, it may be possible to bill for and receive reimbursement for use in certain clinical settings.
